Ok it keeped asking me to but on the third time i press "Register Later" It came with a button on the left saying "Never register"

However, in order to put music on an iPod, you must associate your computer and your iPod to a specific account you will continue to use via iTunes; You can use this with iTunes's authorization process (Click "Authorize" in the top drop-down menus of iTunes).
