i don't think you personally hand $700 over to a kid! I'm sure you are just suppose to make sure she gets what she needs with it (groceries, school pictures, school books, the necesary clothing). The child support is used to make sure the child aquires the necessities, and that the child is taken well care of. not for the money to be handed over to them for whatever they want :)
