In order to use the iPhone, you must use a smartphone plan, but some Android phones may be compatible with PrePaid plans. This will, however, still require smartphone data.
You cant use a smart phone without data plan.
I use straight talk for my prepaid service, I would like to have a smartphone that is compatible with this plan
No
Data is wifi. The only way a smartphone can use wifi without having a data plan is when it is connected to wifi at a building.
No, it is not possible to have a smartphone without a contract. Without a plan, the phone will not function. yes its called no commitment
yes it requires a data plan.
Before picking a smartphone plan to go along with your smartphone, you need to decide what your needs are regarding smartphone usage. Do not automatically pick the unlimited data plan option, because you may not need it and most unlimited plans are on the costly side. If you only plan to use the data options for e-mail and occasional web browsing, you may be able to do fine with plans under 1 gigabyte. Also, if your workplace and your home has free wireless internet, you may also be able to cut back on your data plan and pick less expensive options.
Most carriers do charge a little bit more monthly if you happen to use a smartphone. You do need to look at what you use on your smartphone, if you aren't using all of the applications, then you might want to just stick to the regular cell phone and plan.
Yes because it is a smartphone
If your iPhone is not jailbroken will have to get a data plan.Once you Jailbreak your phone you can use it on any network and you dont need have to pay for data plans which can be very expensive.
No this phone not a smartphone its an easy to use phone
Sure, but a lot of the "idea" of having an iPhone or any other smartphone will, in my opinion, be lost. Of course you can still surf the internet, download apps etc. when you have a WiFi connection, but to me it's more fun to have a smartphone that you're able to use everywhere.
