Currently Missouri requires motorcycle riders to wear a helmet. In 2009 the Governor vetoes a bill that would have done away with the state's helmet law. Since then the House and the Senate have continued their attempt to do away with the helmet law.
If there is no helmet law in your state, the cost of motorcycle insurance is the same whether you wear a helmet or not.
