is he a part of the child's life? if yes then you may depends on your state laws, but if he wants to be there you should be happy that will help yu out and give you some time to yourself with is golden when you have kids
Even if you were never married, the father could petition the court at any time to establish paternity. Once paternity has been established, then he has the right to file for custody/visitation. Of course, he will also have the obligation to financially provide for the child.
Visit or call your local family court to find out when you can speak to someone there. When I was considering moving out of state (I'm unmarried, my child's father is on the birth cert), I spoke with a liaison at our local courthouse who told me I was well within my rights to move anywhere in the country *until a judge says otherwise.* If a judge has granted full custody, you need not worry. If you have "assumed" custody (i.e., you were never married to the father and the matter has *not* been in court), or if there are pending family court issues I *definitely* recommend going to the courthouse and speaking with someone there.
It would be very unlikely for a judge to award custody to a parent that isn't around. If the father could prove that the child would be better off with him, then maybe, but otherwise I don't think you have anything to worry about.
No. Don't worry about pressure. It's nothing to worry about unless you didin't get the part you wanted. Though that's not even a big problem, so don't cry about that, you can keep trying all the time. So keep trying!!!
I would have to say that would depend on what the Mom has done to have to worry about what that situation... The court will do what is in the best interest of the child. If the situation with Dad is better than the situation with Mom, then he has a chance.
Supposedly, visitation is not connected to child support. However, if a warrant is out there, your child could end up not being cared for. Perhaps you should seek legal advice as to whether this is a reasonable worry.
if it is a boy he is gay but worry tell your other friend
Odysseus met his father to tell him that he has returned home safely and that everything is going to be alright and not to worry

his mother and father aint you so dont worry about it sonn....
I doubt they can TAKE custody. You might want to consider sharing custody until you are out of college and on your feet. Don't worry about your parents. They got you this far, didn't they?
don't worry about it....... thats none of your business
He goes to find his father :] but don't worry! He'll be back.
