depending on how it got water in it, then yes or no. if someone put water in it, then drain it and refill with tranny fluid. if it has some sort of leak that allows water in it, then further repair is necessary. chances are if you have water in your tranny then you have probably destroyed it
The transmission cooler is built into the radiator, and the tubes on the cooler are leaking Trans. fluid into the engine coolant. Need to replace radiator.

You need to remove the transmission pan to get to the transmission filter. You'll need to get a transmission filter kit which includes a pan gasket and filter.
