How do you turn decimals into centimeters?

Answer: this question is not liable, these are two separate forms of measurement Answer: You need to find a conversion factor, where the numbers can be converted into centimerters. What is the number measuring? ex. A car has a velocity of 100km/h, how many centimeters will it travel in 30 minuits? distance= 100km/1hour X 10,000cm/1km X .5hour = 500,000 seconds.

What size power adapter would be used for a cordless water pump that takes two double A batteries?

it depends how the batteries are connected.if you put the batteries both in positive side up you probably have a 1.5 volt system.if you put one battery positive side up and one down you probably have a 3 volt system.Check to make sure before you connect anything because you can damage the the water pump by connecting it to the wrong voltage or by reversing polarity.if its a 1.5 volt system you have about 2000 milliamp/hours at you disposalin a 3 volt system you have about 1000 milliamp/hours at you disposalfind the the time in hours the water pump will run on a new set of batteries will last.1.5v 2000 mAh/1hour= 2000mAh 1.5volt power adaptor1.5v 2000 mAh/2hour= 1000mAh 1.5volt power adaptor1.5v 2000 mAh/3hour= 667mAh 1.5volt power adaptor1.5v 2000 mAh/4hour= 500mAh 1.5volt power adaptor1.5v 2000 mAh/5hour= 400mAh 1.5volt power adaptor1.5v 2000 mAh/6 hour= 334mAh 1.5volt power adaptor3v 1000 mAh/1hour= 1000mAh 3volt power adaptor3v 1000 mAh/2hour= 500mAh 3volt power adaptor3v 1000 mAh/3hour= 334 mAh 3volt power adaptor3v 1000 mAh/4hour= 250 mAh 3volt power adaptor3v 1000 mAh/5hour= 200mAh 3volt power adaptorRemember as Tim the Toolman would say more mAh is better.

Suppose if you travel from london to mumbai it will take 8hrs 25min but while back from mumbai to london then it will take 9hrs 25min .why?

Basicaly- Jetstream in the upper altitudes (aircraft cruising heights.){ Oh and there is a 5Hour & 30Min. time differential }There is no normal cruising altitude, the pilot determines the altitude which is determined by the route, turbulence, other aircraft, the weather etc. and must be approved by air traffic control. The major jet streams on Earth are westerly winds (flowing west to east). Their paths typically have a meandering shape; jet streams may start, stop, split into two or more parts, combine into one stream, or flow in various directions including the opposite direction of most of the jet. The strongest jet streams are the polar jets, at around 7-12 km (23,000-39,000 ft) above sea level, and the higher and somewhat weaker subtropical jetsat around 10-16 km (33,000-52,000 ft)Just as a sideline:- Concorde had a maximum cruise altitude of 18,300 metres (60,039 ft) and an average cruise speed of Mach 2.02, about 1155 knots (2140 km/h or 1334 mph), more than twice the speed of conventional aircraft.

What to do if you have a stalker?

Notify the police. Get a restraining order. First of all before you do anything you may want to think about the situation. If you know them personally, have known them for years, or are close friends with them, ask them to please leave you alone, and say that they might be scaring you. Knowing you feel discomforted can usually makes them more reasonable. The person may just be a someone from school that just simply likes you. But,if the the stalker is a complete stranger, its safe to say you should NOT talk to the person unless its completely necessary. You don't know what kind of a threat they are. Go to a place where there are other people, call a parent, a friend, or even the police if you are scared for your life. Use that smartphone you likely carry with you everywhere and get video evidence. Make sure to your "admirer" that you clearly do not want him around, and get him kicked out of your life. Extreme cases call for nothing short of a restraining order. Keep in mind, however, that a restraining order is nothing more than a piece of paper, another hammer in the bag to hit your stalker with IF he actually does something. It does not prevent him from doing anything so is no form of security. Many will give you the silly suggestion that you should get a gun, learn how to use it, and obtain a CCW. Such advice is patently ridiculous for one reason: when faced with a high stress situation which might call for the use of defensive measures, about 99% of the population will flip out and completely forget any training they have received, making firing a weapon as dangerous for that person as the public at large. Nothing is harder than trying to level a gun on a charging threat, and effectively operating that weapon to end that threat. And, unless you are a quick-draw artist, the likelihood that you will be able to draw your weapon, or even find where you are carrying it when faced with an immediate threat is just about zero. So, unless you plan on putting in about four hours a day of interdiction weapons training in a variety of different scenarios, AND walking around with your gun in your hand so you can be ready, don't waste your time, or put the rest of us in jeopardy.
