I do not have an exact legal answer for this, but I would guess that since you are responsible for your child until they are 18 years old (or have graduated from high school if they turn 18 first)you are still very much responsible to pay child support. If your daughter gets married then that may be a different story. The best way to find out for sure is to call your caseworker at the child support office in your area.

Yes.

The spouse of a single parent who is raising a child will no longer have to pay child support after the child is out of school and is 18 years old or above.

Note that laws do vary from state to state. So, it may be that the time is extended until 19 if the child is in school, or even 21 if the child attends college.

Yes. Child support is owed until the FULL financial obligation is met including back pay. It doesn't matter what age the child is or whether or not they have children, if the account is not paid in full it is still owed, period.

I wouldn't think so, if your child is under 18.

No, the matter of a minor having a child of their own does not release the non custodial parent from his or her financial obligations.

Do you have to pay child support to a child that was born in Mexico and now the mother wants child support?

It is in the best interest of your child for you to pay child support. If the child is still living in Mexico and the mother has a court order, you need to pay support. If there is no court order, you are not legally obligated to pay support.
