Alone never! Absolutely, with supervision! I took my then 15 year old step-daughter and one of her friends to see ACDC about 12 - 15 years ago. They still bring it up from time to time.
trustworthy, sensible, mature, reliable, dependable
Trustworthy, mature, steadfast, reliable, conscientious...
Admit that you didn't know that in a mature voice and if the friend starts bragging or something comment on how you thought she was more mature than that.
Sadly, there is nothing you can do. Your friend will have to mature at his own rate.
You can't make them do anything. Be good, do your chores, be mature, and maybe wait for Christmas or your birthday. You have to be trustworthy for them to trust you with anything.
Tell them that you are very mature now and show them that you are mature.
It depends on the student. Generally a mature student is someone who wishes to learn and therefore will apply themselves to the subject.
It also depends on how mature your friend (or you) is being about it. If you are both mature about it, one of you will probably get her (assuming she likes one of you) and the friend who didn't get her will get over her and be happy for the one who did get her. If the level of maturity is low, then (still assuming she likes one of you) one of you will get her and the friend who didn't get her will be mad and make a huge deal about it.
Maybe if you act more mature and serious then they will follow . If you look like you don't find it funny then maybe they will stop.
Someone who is: * Honest * Trustworthy * Loving & Romantic * Supportive * Handsome * Has a sense of humor * Protective (but not too protective) * Intelligent/ Witty * Strong * Mature * Confident
Assuming that this is someone that you have a good opinion of their character, start by stating how long you have known the person, and their relation to you- neighbor, friend, co-worker, student, etc. Make a brief statement regarding how you have found their character to be- as in honest, trustworthy, reliable, even-tempered, mature, etc.
They are not mature enough to govern themselves, let alone anybody else.
