No. Resale value is based on market forces including (but not limited to) popularity of vehicle, quality of vehicle, brand popularity, vehicle rarity and desirability, perceived durability of vehicle/brand, etc.

Most of these things are not something the manufacturer can control, therefore as they cannot control them, they can not guarantee them.
