No because that's midnight. You have to stop telling April fools day jokes at 12 noon but you can carry on after that if you so wish. If it falls on a work or school day you can not do pranks there but you can do it after. School holidays is when you can prank all day. If someone sees you doing a joke at 11:59:59 then Someone on the tv or radio must tell you to stop pranking at 12:00:00.
