∙ 13y agoNo. In Breaking Dawn, after Jasper and Alice leave, the Voltori and the Cullens discus on if she shall live or not. Alice and Jasper come back because they found a 150 year old hybrid (like Renesmee) and they come over the conclusion that she will live. (But Irina is burned...)

∙ 6y agoYes, she does die, but just before she dies Edward bites her than her heart stops because her body can't handle giving birth to a vampire. The venom still keeps spreading though and after a few days she becomes a vampire, even though her heart has already stopped. Well thats what happened in the movie!
No, she will not. Edward takes the baby out, but THEN she can't breathe. Edward injects his venom into her and she lives.

∙ 13y agoYes, Bella does die giving birth in the sense that her heart stops beating. Edward and Jacob are able to save her by Edward biting her to give her his venom and by Jacob giving her CPR to pump the venom through her heart. So, Technically yes but she becomes a vampire.
