Yes he does. In the third book Hermione socks him in the face because it was mostly his fault that Buckbeak was to be executed. Also in the sixth book in the appropriately named chapter, Harry Casts "Sectumsempra!" which cuts Draco open. I think that counts as getting hurt.
Also near the end of the seventh he gets burnt by 'fiendfyre' and Ron punches him in the face afterward.
