Does Global warming have a global impact?

Answer:
Global warming could have an impact on many areas of the planet, should the temperatures start to warm to unprecedented levels. The problem many people experience is that we blame all weather events on global warming, which is patently a false assumption. As of January of 2012 we are globally at -0.09 degrees below our 1981 average temps (using a 13 month temp average). We have only been observing global temperatures with any accuracy since 1979 when the first satellites were launched. We are seeing that we did have to abnormally warm years in 1998 and 2010 and cooling since then.

To say global warming is happening and is caused by man is questionable. In order to answer the question yes, one would have to prove the theory to be factual first. No warming would be a problem.
