If you're talking about their conversation right after Jane learns about Bertha then- No, she doesn't. She's very conscience of the fact that they can't be together if he's still married to someone else and back then divorce wasn't really an option. When she talks to him after the almost-wedding she tells him

"I DO love you, more than ever; but I must not show or indulge the feeling; and this is the last time I must express it."

Later while she's sleeping in her room Jane has a dream that her mother came to her and told her to "flee temptation" and she leaves Thornfield the same night.

She does come back to Rochester at the end of the book when she hears his voice from far off calling her name. Once she learns of the fire at Thornfield and how Bertha caused it and subsequently died in the fire she promises to stay with him and they get married.
