I don't think those kinds of jobs -- like fast food workers, sales clerks, bartenders/waiters -- do drug testing. I have had countless minimum-wage or near-minimum-wage jobs, and none of them did drug tests.
Those kinds of jobs have such a high turnover rate, that I don't think it's worth it for them to drug test their employees -- since in 6 months most of those employees won't be working for them anymore, anyway.
