Yes, Many times Kazune has shown affection for Karin. In one episode they almost kiss. When their rings got stuck together, they had losened later on, with Kazune knowing they loosened he still held Karin's hand. Also for the mant times he has saved Karin from an attack, shows his affection too. On episode 22 Kazune tells Karin how she always talks about Micchi, and kisses her (but he's drunk). You can also tell that Kazune likes Karin when he gets jelous when she is with other boys. Hoped this helped!!
