Not as a norm it seems, I tried to buy a good sweatshirt or light jacket prices range from $50.00 up so I thought I was buying American quality was I wrong when I checked where it came from I was shocked all 3rd world nations like Vietnam, This is a American icon( LL Bean) So I wrote a email to the company asking why this is so there reply was( that they supply USA merchandise only when it meets there quality.) I find that tough to take. went to K-mart checked there sweatshirt 9.98 made in the same 3rd world nation without the LL.Bean logo That AMERICAN ICON LL.BEAN sold to the most profit I feel.
