I use it all the time and i don't remember any "tingle". It's just like a regular shampoo to me.

I've tried many different "Shampoo for oily hair", most of them do not work. The best one I've found so far would be Tea Tree from Paul Mitchel, it's fantastic. Another way for your hair not to be so oily would be to not use conditioner, or any hair products.

Reason why is when you shampoo once all that does is move dirt around but when you wash it twice it will cleanse your scalp.
