At the end of "Superman Returns"- he calls the kid his son. All of the clues point towards that being the case, but it is never confirmed in the story. All throughout Superman's comic book history- there have been story lines that had him conceiving children. It usually would just be a dream or another dimension, etc.

Of course he is superman`s son. How many other little boys do you know who could throw a piano at someone.

At the end when Superman is at his son`s bedside talking to him, he is making it obvious he knows that the child is his son. He doesnt need to come out and say, "Hello audience, this is my son by the way, just in case you cant work out what I have just said for yourself."

Even (this is taken as the science in science-fiction) if he and Lois were married,and had relations, the reaction would not (Take) and in any case it would be a humungous career risk to a (super) Man who has enough already. Superman don't have a son but superboy is a clone from superman.They made superboy to replace superman if he died or help him in battle , but everybody in consiting that he is his son even batman.Superman don't like superboy to be called his son cuz of the fact superboy was made to replace him.

No.... Clark is not seen as a homosexual in the series therefore doesn't have a child with Lex - at all. He does however have a half-brother that's half of Lex and half of Clark.
