∙ 11y agoNo, Sure-Gel is not a cleanse. It is not much different than eating a lot of jelly. All the same, most states in the United States have made it illegal to use any substance to beat a drug test. The smartest thing to do would be to just not smoke weed if you have an upcoming drug test.
