Yes;because hyrdocodone (Vicodin) is an opiate derivative, it will show up on a normal drug screen.

Zlab- Ummm in a 10 panel drug test it will... only if it tests for hydromorphone because hydrocodone does not get broken down into morphine... which is what a true opiate is... vicodin metabolizes into hydromorphone which is only on an EXTENDED drug test...
