Generally, yes. The hole in the middle is the same size, but the width and sidewall height are slightly larger on the 195 tire. This will increase ride height slightly and alter final drive ratio slightly. It will also give slightly less clearance between the tire and vehicle.

If this is a drive wheel, remember that all drive wheels or wheel with ABS must have the same tire size as all other except unless otherwise specified by the vehicle manufacturer.
