Does a 1993 Chevy Corsica with a 3.1 L MFI engine have a PCV valve?

[Edit]

Yes it does. And it should be replaced, because most people do not replace them ever in the 3.1 engine. It is located underneath the far valve cover( not the one right in front, it's towards the back of the engine.) You may have to take off the upper intake to get to it.
