No. The first gen '04-'06 xB was also sold in Japan as the bB. In japan only it was available with AWD.
The 2008 MY Scion Xd does not have AWD but the version sold in Japan called the Toyota ist does have AWD. There is some speculation that an AWD model might make it across the ocean in the future.
