Does a shot of white vinegar really help burn fat and if so is it bad for you and are there any other drinks that help burn fat? |

Answer
No, vinegar does not help burn fat, you burn calories all the time even when you sleep. The more acive you are the more calories you burn, once the glucose available to your body is used up, your liver begins to break down fat into glucose so the body can use it. If you want to lose weight you simply must burn up or use more calories than you take in. An average person will need 1000-2000 calories per day depending on whether you are a large or a small person. By exercising or increasing your activity level you can burn more caloies than this and start to burn the fat your body has stored. There is no magic pill or drink that helps you burn fat.
