Today's my first day experimenting with Adderall and my kidney is in pain.
I was diagnosed with UPJO which I had surgery for 3 years back my kidney the kidney functions normal now and is apparently just like any other kidney
However my kidney is experiencing pain on my first day with Adderall XR 10mg I have been drinking fluids throughout the day pissing every 15-60 minutes directly related to bouts of fluids

Here are some cures to help you:
1. Drink water. Dehydration causes muscle cramping, and adderall causes dehydration.
2. Take a multivitamin. Adderall depletes the body's ability to store vitamins and nutrients.
3. Take a warm bath. Be careful not to overheat yourself if you are already feeling warm from the adderall.
These three things usually fix it for me. Glad to help.
