first off , you will kill yourself taking steroids 3 times a day . and well looking at people like Batista is good insperation. If you want to build your self up to look like Batista you need to

go on a high protein diet

work out 4-5 times a week

cut all the junk food out of your diet.

take suplments , cell/nitro tech are really good ( if you do it right you can build about 15 pounds of muscal mass in 8 weeks )

and remember to get cut like Batista with out doing any roids, do some cardio and cut out sat. fats and bad carbs
