Yes. I have seen one local store carry it, and I also found it online at Voss Lighting. (Link below)
The only problem is that if you want to have a cfl equivalent to something higher than 60 watts, you can't find anything. A lot of people I know that have intermediate base ceiling fans just bought an e17 to e26 adapter. (Link below)
Ikea has a 7 watt E17 fluorescent bulb.
