Yes. I have seen one local store carry it, and I also found it online at Voss Lighting. (Link below)
The only problem is that if you want to have a cfl equivalent to something higher than 60 watts, you can't find anything. A lot of people I know that have intermediate base ceiling fans just bought an e17 to e26 adapter. (Link below)
Ikea has a 7 watt E17 fluorescent bulb.
Banvil makes a commercial model that has the ability to be plugged into a receptacle This model has a small cord on it and the receptacle is right beside where the fan hangs. This could be the insulation on an electrical wire or fitting that is smoldering and may catch on fire! SO IT IS URGENT THAT YOU INVESTIGATE WHAT IS GOING-ON ABOVE THAT CEILING! It could be a light fitting - especially if you recently put in a higher-power light bulb - or maybe a ceiling pull switch as they do wear out with use over time, so the contacts can burn. This is can be a particular problem with ceiling switches for electrically heated shower units because they take such high currents. (Amps). If you are not expert in electrical wiring, call in a licensed electrician to check all the electrics around where the smell seems to be coming from. As always, if you are in doubt about what to do, the best advice anyone should give you is to call a licensed electrician to advise what work is needed. Before you do any work yourself,on electrical circuits, equipment or appliances, always use a test meter to ensure the circuit is, in fact, de-energized.IF YOU ARE NOT ALREADY SURE YOU CAN DO THIS JOBSAFELY AND COMPETENTLYREFER THIS WORK TO QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS.
How to do this job depends entirely on the Wiring Codes or Regulations for the locality (Town/State) and on the exact location of the ceiling pull switch you wish to install. So:a) Go to your local library or bookstore to find some books about electrical wiring and appliances and how to install them safely.b) Find out about your local Wiring Codes and Regulations.

Not to be rude, but this sounds like a joke! Danish kids does not, eat buns from the ceiling, and why should they? I'm from Denmark and I've never heard of anyone, eating buns from the ceiling!
Does it make sense if you translate it literally? If it does, it's not an idiom. Have you ever seen anyone actually hit a ceiling? No, so this must be an idiom.
Travertine is no more or less tile than ceramic or Porcelain in that application, although it may actually be lighter.. anyone that can install tile on a ceiling could do Travertine..

Incandescent bulbs waste energy by using more power that other types of bulb. An incandescent produces about 10 lumens of light per watt of electric power. A halogen produces about 13 lumens/watt A compact fluorescent (CFL) produces about 50 lumens/watt.
