I just started using Bowtrol two days ago. I can tell you that so far it has been working! I have always had irregular bowel movements (maybe 1 per week) and so far I have had two a day. My primary concern was that were would be awful side effects including bloating, cramping, feeling full, going to the bathroom all day, etc. But so far it is a very gentle product! I will keep people posted. I am interested to see if it promotes any weightloss. If anyone experiences this please let me know!
