Until she is 18 or whatever the court document says, yes. You can petition the courts to release you because of her situation. No, only the man who impregnated your daughter could be ordered to pay child support. However, there's a good chance you'll end up providing a lot of support anyway.

Yes ... the court papers usually only specify the age, not whether they are in school or not. If one is behind in their support payments, they will continue to pay until completely caught up, even if the child has attained age 18 or beyond.
