Answer 1.Yes it does i have had one and i used clear finger nail polish. Answer 2The term "ringworm" refers to fungal infections that are on the surface of the skin

Ringworm can be treated -topically (with external applications) -or systemically (for example, with oral medications)

-Topical treatment: When fungus affects the skin of the body or the groin, many antifungal creams can clear the condition in two weeks or so. Examples of such preparations include those that contain clotrimazole (Cruex cream, Desenex cream, Lotrimin cream, lotion, and solution), miconazole (Monistat-Derm cream), ketoconazole (Nizoral cream); and terbinafine (Lamisil cream and solution). These treatments are effective for many cases of foot fungus as well.

-For a long time, the only effective antifungal tablet was griseofulvin (Fulvicin, Grifulvin, and Gris-PEG). In recent years, newer agents have been introduced that are both safer and more effective. These include terbinafine (Lamisil), itraconazole (Sporanox), and fluconazole (Diflucan). Reputations die hard, however, and many people continue to fear that even these newer agents are "bad for the liver," when in fact they are quite safe when used properly.

Answer 3The 1st answer was wrong - application of nail polish does not cure ringworm. the second made no attempt to answer the question =- that person should learn to read. Answer 4:No nail polish does not cure ringworm. the second persons answer was to inform the person asking, about antifungal agents. if your not sure about using them try home remedy of apple cider vinegar(with water 1:1 ratio) or colloidal silver which has natural healing agents and silver and fungus don't get along, it kills off the fungus in other words and does work. Answer 5I have recently had ringworm which i had got from my brother and the cream for my brother never seemed to work so i looked on the computer for faster cures because i didn't want this ugly ring on my leg and used nail polish and on the next day it was already fading and by day 3 it was pretty much gone. So you can use nail polish! (: Answer 6:My brother has ringworm and we are going to see if putting clear nail polish really does help. I hope it does because my little brother is really scared.

How do you cure chiggars?

You cure ''chiggers'' with clear nail polish and alcohol. I've had them many times, so I'd know. First, before applying the clear nail polish, dab some alcohol on the affected area(s) with a cotton ball. Then, paint clear nail polish over top. The nail polish coating acts as a seal to suffocate them. Make sure to do the alcohol before, because when you paint over it, it kind of traps the alcoholic fumes inside, with a higher chance of killing them. Don't try to get the dead chigger off with tweezers, because it will eventually work its way out of your skin.
