Clonopin or Clonazepam will get you high if you snort it, yes. It will get you high if the pills are simply taken, It's a benzodiazepine similar in action to drugs like Valium, Xanax and Ativan. Please note however that Clonazepam can be very physically addictive.
Also snorting them may hit you slightly faster, as well as chewing them, but just swallowing them whole (looking for euphoric effects, or taking properly) is the best way to take these. The first two ways listed is really bad on your lungs so just swallow them and wait the extra 10 minutes for the effects.
