Your question is so vague that it is hard to answer. Maybe your first language isn't English. What you have written makes no sense at all with one possible exception.
If you are inquiring about a degree from a Correspondence School this one I can answer. If your degree is recognised in the State where you live and depending on what courses you took it may be good, but I wouldn't bet on it. I think you should ask your question again with the correct spelling and proper grammar. Perhaps at that point someone will be able to answer you correctly.
