Absolutely you can. The moon has no effect on anyone's hair or vice versa.
Whether the moon is full or not has no influence on whether you should or shouldn't get a haircut.
No
A total Lunar Eclipse . We see the Moon, but it often appears red/grey in colour. A partial Lunar Eclipse . We see the Moon in two luminosities. The brighter luminecsense is the part which remains in full Sunlight. The duller (red/grey/ black) is the Earth's shadow crossing the Moon's surface. NB Lunar eclipses occur only at or very near FULL MOON. When you see the Moon in Gibbous/half/crescent shape it is NOT the Earth's shadow, but the angle of direct sunlight shining on the Moon.
A lunar eclipse means the Earth is exactly between the Sun and the Moon, so the Earth's shadow falls onto the Moon. A new moon means the Moon is roughly between the Sun and the Earth, so you can't see the Moon that easily because the side that is lit by the Sun is pointing away from us. If during a new moon the Moon should become _exactly_ between the Earth and the Sun, some people on Earth (if standing in the right place) would see a big chunk cut out of the Sun where the Moon is blocking its light, causing a shadow to go on the Earth. The Moon might even completely block out the Sun's light for a few minutes. This is called a Solar Eclipse.
A lunar eclipse is when the moon over laps the sun it becomes dark for hours on endThere was one in UK last night. It's when the Earths' shadow crosses the Moon, in other words the Earth is between the Sun & the Moon. A solar eclipse is when the moon is betrween the Earth & the Sun.
Of course you can.
No. technical the hair doesnt have a root. but no they cut it at the scalp.
Yes, you can get your hair cut during pregnancy.
To grow your hair faster, trim ends or cut hair during the New Moon. To grow your hair thicker/longer, trim or cut hair during the Full Moon.
The moon doesn't cut its hair. This is just a playful way to describe the cyclical phases of the moon, where it appears to change shape in the sky.

As a symbol of equality
No he did not cut his hair
I think he does during concerts. I know he cut his hair pretty short, yet he has long hair during his concerts.
It will NOT be visible to the naked eye. A tiny fraction of the light from the Sun will be cut off from shining on a tiny fraction of the full Moon - but the Sun's light is so intense that you, watching from the Earth, will be unable to see the difference. If you were in Singapore for the solar eclipse last week, you saw about a 5% eclipse; 95% of the light of the Sun shined down brightly on you, and 5% of the Sun was blocked. Without special equipment, could you have watched the eclipse? No. And you won't be able to see this one, either; not without special instruments that would measure exactly how brightly the full Moon is shining before, during and after the eclipse. This eclipse is as near as an eclipse can get to missing completely.
There is not a name for this new hair cut of Anushka Sharma. In the hair cut, she sports a hair cut with bangs in the front.
So they can see any hair of any color that falls.
