Does dark grey and light grey match?

Black, or pretty much any pastel color.

i think blue matches or probably yellow if you just try black it will work with any colour except black.

They are different colors; ivory is more like white and grey has more blackness to it. In fashion they could be complementary in the sense that they look good together.
