Does dietary fiber help with fat loss and if so will taking dietary fiber supplements help? |

generally, dietary fibers are not absorbed in the body;
Therefor, eating a fiber-rich diet is considered good for you for mainly two reasons.
First, it fills the stomach and helps you "feel full", without being absorbed in the body and so you feel the need to eat less other stuff;
And second, the structure of dietary fiber could mean that going through your system, they "pick stuff up" on the way, so they are considered to aid good digestion by "cleaning up the system".
I think dietary fiber pills could also have the second addvantage, but not the first.
