It depends on your tolerance for pain... I have a mid level tolerance, when I broke my ulna in two I went to the ER and got a splint and got a cast the next day... It doesn't hurt if they gave you some painkiller... All in All No it does NOT hurt...

When i had my cast off when i had broken my leg, I felt relieved!!! It didn't hurt though, so a cast coming off a broken arm shouldn't either!

If it's broken, you'll want to make sure that the bones are properly aligned so they'll heal straight. Your arm should be set by a doctor or medical practitioner.

No because its protected by the cast if you keep it dry then you don't need to worry about any damage to the cast or further damage to the broken arm
