Although it completely depends on the guy [some like girls with straight hair, others curly], I have found slightly more prefer straight. Another contributing factor is your face shape, et cetera. Also, any hairstyles can be messed up, curly or straight. Curly hair can become frizzy, and straight can become lifeless, for example. I, personally [I'm bisexual], like straight hair, in general, with lots of layers! Heh. HOWEVER, I know LOTS of hairstyles that I find curly hair would look best in. :3
Of course, being bisexual is all the style currently and has nothing to do with the question. Most importantly, you should worry less about your hair and more about the things guys REALLY like, such as being a good person.
Problem is, it's much more difficult to be good than it is to straighten/curl hair. That's why it's so much rarer.
