No. You have to pay an extra $30 per month (if you're an existing customer. Don't know about new plans) for unlimited Internet, 200 text messages and a few other things. It's really a good deal since you'll easily download a gigabyte over the cell network within a year (I did). If you look at it that way, it's an excellent deal. Either way, you have to pay the $30 (applies to the iPhone 3G. iPhone (previous gen) is $20 per month) as they won't let you run the phone without it (unless you hack it, but either way it's well worth the $30).
