A Different Answer

Of COURSE it causes harm. Wormer is poison. Wormer can hurt your dog even if he has worms, so it can certainly do damage to a dog who is healthy. A good natural wormer comes in the form of white pumpkin seeds. Dried and crushed, give your dog a tablespoon full (or so) a day for one week... it's usually more than enough to see solid results.
