Kiba does love hinata but he is to afraid cuz he knows she likes naruto so he haz no idea what to do so he sits and waits till she is over him or finally gets him

Kiba does not love Hinata, he likes her as a companion and will always protect her. Thats how his personality is, naturally I would think that Kiba won't ever fall in love. But thats the authors ideas not mines. So your asking the wrong people right now.
