No. It doesn't give you acne either.

However...

When you smoke weed, you get cravings for terrible crappy food,

Which is usually high-carb and high-sugar,

And since you're high, you go ahead and eat it,

Cause you don't care. That's how weed causes acne.

I'm a daily weed smoker, and i also do my research.

the chemical THC slows down the white blood cells. white blood cells fight off infection. acne is an infection. when smoking weed the white blood cells slow down, and don't fight off infection so well, thus causing acne. although I'm sure the bad food doesn't help, but it's not the only cause.

I'm a daily pot user. Before i used to smoke pot daily i had really bad acne. that's why i started smoking pot..i was so stressed out about my acne in my high school years i started smoking pot to relieve my stress..after couple days i noticed a difference. i was soo amazed i thought i was growing out of it until i stop smoking pot..i noticed the acne coming back. i had a feeling it was the pot .so i did a little experiment and started smoking pot again..shortly days later my acne was gone and i didn't have a zit on my face my face was clearer than ever. so i began to smoke pot daily and i haven't seen not one zit on my face since. it worked out for me perfectly. i don't know how well it would effects others but it worked out for me..there should be more studies going on for cannabis because im pretty sure it cures another infections and ext... personally i feel that cannabis is a wonder drug...the fed thinks there is not medical benefits for pot what so ever..i think they need to update their studies! good luck bro and i hope your acne clears up soon i know how you feel!
