Does pop dehydrate you?

Despite what your mother tells you, the answer is no.

While caffeine can dehydrate your body, Soda, coffiee and energy drinks do not contain enough to counter the fluid your drinking. Its not salt water. Now it certainly takes allot more soda to quench your thirst then water because of the caffeine and to much is certainly bad for you.
