Yes,
But I have dusted the seeds with guano-gro prior to planting and have gotten seeds that would normally germinate in 7-10 days to germinate in the ground in less than 30 hours.
Downside - is when I tried to beat the 30 hour germination - no seed could be found. So too much of a good thing is not always good.
Yes, though for each seed length and outcome are different.
The other name for the first growth phase is called the G1 phase.
Yes.
Citric acid does not affect plant growth in plants unless it is applied in large quantities. Citric acid will, however, burn through seeds and halt the germination process.
Chlorine is poison so the seed that would try to germinate in clorine would most likely die. The rate of growth slows or stops. Chlorine is not helpful to plants what so ever.
Yes, though for each seed length and outcome are different.

germination,growth,bloomage,repollenation and dispersion
electrolites in the water inhibit the plants ability to absorb water which is essencial for germination
because different plants have different germanation and growth times
Warm soil and moisture for germination. After germination is when all of the other factors affect plant growth. There are Organic Seed Starters available which can change days of normal germination into hours. The best Organic Seed Starter I have used changed the 7- 10 day germination printed on the packet to only 24 hours.
A seedling is a seed that has sprouted/or/a baby plant.
Yes,it could effect the growth of plants
Yes it does make a difference on plants growth if you talk to them.
As with all plants, germination, growth, maturity and death.
Plants require a proper balance of minerals for optimum growth.
