Yea, it says take it an hour before a drug test but i would recommend like 2 hours, and even though it says you don't need to drink any extra water, i'd suggest filling up the bottle with water and drinkin that as well as the drink itself. not gonna lie, its gonna make ya $hit like you couldn't imagine, but your pee shall be clean. trust me, i was on house arrest and smoked like a few days before the piss test, and yea, i passed. just be warned, have reading material :-p
oh and one more thing, your not supposed to take the detox drink alot, like once a month is fine but i heard doing it more than that could be bad for you.

∙ 9y agoDon't eat anything after midnight the day before. Pee out your first pee of the morning. When you wake up drink tons of water then take the drink. Follow by drinking more water after that. The drink starts working 45mins after the initial chug so pee a few times b4 submitting a sample. This last up 7hrs.

Hi, It is likely that the drug test will show up positive for cocaine. "Lots" of water will not clear cocaine out of your system that quickly. Some people claim vinegar helps mask drugs on drug tests but there is no real evidence of this working.
