If you swallow semen during the month, then just before your period comes you will have less of a negative mood swing. And during your period you will have less cramps and bloating. As ridiculous as all this sounds, it is pretty basic & sound physiology.

#2 Elevated Testosterone helps create more endorphins & More serotonin & that helps with everything from cramps to sleeping and sex drive.
No it does not. Kissing a man or having sex with him does not raise our Testosterone levels.
