If you think it'll help you stop taking medical advice from anonymous people on the internet, who may or may not know what they're talking about and who may or may not care of you die, then go to it. Otherwise, ask a real doctor. Preferably the one who put you on the Citalopram. 60 mg is a pretty hefty dose of that stuff. I wouldn't mix them without reliable advice.
