I only know of two women that had fibroids. My Mom was one and my Mom's co-worker is another lady. They both were put on the pill, but that did nothing to help them. My Mom's continued to grow. She had to have a total hysterectomy, but my Mom's co-worker just had hers cut out of her uterus.
