Yes, The Bible mentions the internet both implicitly and explicitly. The first reference is in the very beginning book of Genesis 11:1-9. This is the story of the Tower of Babel. This is the story of the Tower of Babel. God had told Noah and his sons after the flood to scatter across the face of the earth. (Genesis 9:1) Some obeyed, but others gathered in rebellion at Babel, which would later be called Babylon. God judged this by making them speak different languages. Language and geography have separated mankind ever since. Modern technology is now allowing us to overcome these barriers. The Internet is a global community unprecedented in history.

The last book of the Bible tells us that humanity will again be united against God. (Revelation 13:7) It says that all commerce will be controlled by a global government. (Revelation 13:17) Everyone will be required to take a mark that is a number on their right hand or forehead. (v.16) The Internet is the means by which this could be accomplished.

The Bible is a multi-dimensional, worldwide network of networks in which users at any point in the world can connect information with any other user, and sometimes talk directly with the source of this network. The original intention was to create a network where messages could be routed and rerouted in several directions. It is a public, cooperative, fully operational, and self-sustaining network accessible to almost everyone worldwide. Its most outstanding feature is hypertext, which allows users to cross-reference.

Eventually the hardware will be coming to allow users to carry out real-time voice conversations with other users and the source!

The Bible does not mention the internet specifically, though the prophet Daniel recorded that at the end, "People will travel to and fro, and knowledge will increase." The internet certainly qualifies for the increasing awareness of knowledge.

Who is the first blind people in the Bible?

The first mention of people being blind is in the Old Testmant in the book of Deuteronomy in chapter 27 verse 18. It mentions blind people in general. I think Samson is the first person mentioned by name to be blinded. Check on the internet on an internet Bible. You can search by the word "blind" in one of those internet Bibles. I use them often when I can't get to my concordance book. Try Crosswalk.com for an internet Bible.
